Our brains need breaks to function at their best. Without breaks, we can experience mental fatigue and struggle to perform tasks effectively. 

When our minds wander, they enter a state called the default mode network (DMN), which actually helps recharge our brains so we can better process information.

Here are some effective ways to give your brain the breaks it needs to recharge.

Sleep is crucial for brain health. Aim for around seven to eight hours of sleep per night to improve brain function and avoid health issues.

1. Get Enough Sleep:

When you hit a mental block, go for a walk. Walking boosts creative thinking and activates the brain's default mode network, enhancing flexibility and originality of thinking.
